Our Guide:

Rebecca was truly a delight! Her joyful and enthusiastic demeanor, combined with her extensive knowledge, made the experience incredibly enjoyable. I often found myself asking her questions, all of which she answered with great skill. From insights about AOC wines to tips on using the metro and the art of raising a toast, she enriched our journey in so many ways.

Rebecca's dedication to her tour members is truly remarkable. She took the time to understand my passion for flowers and stained glass, guiding me in the art of reading stained glass. Her keen eye always led us to the most beautiful gardens at the chateaus making each experience unforgettable. It's this personal touch that sets her apart and enriched the Rick Steve's Tour!

Elizabeth was our guide for a walking tour of Paris. Her epic red raincoat scared away the rainy day before.

Our D-day guide lived right where we stayed in Arromanche. Her knowledge connected us to history is a personal way. She told the whole story of D-day but also took time to tell individual people's stories. I came away with a fresh perspective.

Maud, our guide for Mont Saint-Michel, grew up just a mile away from the island.

Ben, a finishing stone mason at Guédelon Castle, advised us on building a 13th-century castle. I never knew you could make a castle with only supplies found within a 5-km radius.

Our guide in Bourges, took time to teach us to read stained glass and even showed us her home pottery workshop.

Nicholas, vintner, owner, and expert at Château de Selles-sur-Cher, walked us through tasting three wines and paired them perfectly with different goat cheeses. How cool to experience this with a michelin star wine maker.

Rebecca, sending us off on our last night as American ambassadors to France.

John, our jolly bus driver, was always ready for a conversation or a beautiful drive through the French Country side.
